Please read these Terms carefully before using Faceless Goldmine. They are a binding agreement between you and us.

1. Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Faceless Goldmine (the “Service”), operated by Faceless Goldmine (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The service

Faceless Goldmine is a research tool for YouTube creators. It surfaces publicly available data about channels and videos, checks whether channels are “faceless”, and generates ideas and scripts. The Service is provided for your own research. We do not guarantee any particular result, ranking, view count or income.

3. Your account

• You must provide accurate information and keep your password secure.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of digital consent where you live.
• Tell us promptly at hello@facelessgoldmine.com if you suspect unauthorised use.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• resell, scrape or redistribute the Service or its data in bulk;
• reverse engineer, copy or create a competing product from the Service;
• use the Service to break YouTube’s terms, any law, or anyone’s rights;
• overload, probe or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.

5. Plans, billing and renewals

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly unless stated otherwise). By subscribing you authorise us to charge your payment method each billing period until you cancel. Fees are exclusive of taxes, which you are responsible for. We may change prices with reasonable notice; changes apply from your next billing period.

6. Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel at any time from your account or by emailing us; your plan stays active until the end of the paid period. Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, its software and its design are owned by us and protected by law. Ideas and scripts the Service generates for you are yours to use for your own content. The underlying tool, prompts and models remain ours.

8. Third-party data (YouTube)

The Service reads public data from YouTube and other sources. Those platforms own their data and trademarks, and are not affiliated with or endorsing us. Your use of anything sourced through the Service must comply with the originating platform’s terms.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any figure it shows is complete or accurate. Research is a starting point, not advice or a guarantee of results.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms. If a change is material we will give reasonable notice (for example, by email or in the app). Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [your jurisdiction], without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in [your jurisdiction] have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, unless local consumer law gives you other rights.
