Your privacy matters. This explains, in plain language, how Faceless Goldmine handles your data.

1. Overview

This Privacy Policy explains what we collect, why, and what you can do about it. We collect as little as we can to run the Service, and we never sell your personal data.

2. Information we collect

• Account data — your name, email and password (stored only as a secure hash).
• Usage data — the niches you search, reports you save, and basic logs (IP address, time, device/browser) to keep the Service secure.
• Billing data — handled by our payment processor; we store only what we need to manage your subscription, never full card numbers.

3. How we use information

• To provide the Service and your results;
• to keep your account secure and prevent abuse;
• to respond to support requests;
• to understand and improve how the Service is used;
• to send essential account and billing messages.

4. Cookies and tracking

We use a small number of cookies: one to keep you signed in, one to protect forms from abuse, and optional analytics to understand usage. You can accept or decline optional cookies from the banner, and control them in your browser. Declining does not stop you signing in.

5. How we share information

We share data only with the service providers that help us run the Service (hosting, payment processing, the model providers that power video reading and writing), under contracts that limit their use of it. We may disclose data if required by law. We do not sell personal data.

6. Data retention

We keep account and usage data while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards to meet legal and security obligations, then delete or anonymise it. You can ask us to delete your account at any time.

7. Security

Passwords are hashed, sessions are signed, and access is limited. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, and will notify you of a breach where the law requires.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your data, or to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these, email hello@facelessgoldmine.com and we will respond within the time the law allows.

9. Children’s privacy

The Service is not intended for children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has given us data, contact us and we will remove it.

10. International transfers

Your data may be processed in countries other than yours. Where it is, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) to protect it.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Policy. If a change is material we will give notice in the app or by email. The “last updated” date above always reflects the current version.
